These courses are held throughout the year and include the course: Achieving Efficiency, Effectiveness, Productivity, and Reducing Time and Effort at Work.

General Introduction to the Training Course
If inefficiency and ineffectiveness have become characteristics of many business organizations in light of the challenges of the 21st century, then increasing productivity and achieving effectiveness has become imperative to compete for the future. Since management is considered a key factor in improving effectiveness and productivity within business institutions, this program aims to develop and enhance the managerial culture of managers, focusing on the mechanisms that support and improve managerial efficiency and effectiveness.
